THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION IN OUR LIFETIME

Election Day 2012 will not be a presidential election.  It will be a plebiscite.

Americans will not only be voting for a president (and a House and

a third of the Senate), they will be participating in a plebiscite on the definition of America and the American Revolution.  If Americans re-elect the Democrat, Barack Obama, they will have announced that America should be like Western European countries --- governed by left-wing values that are failing in almost every nation in Europe.  It seeks to replace America's value system --"Liberty," "In God We Trust," "E Pluribus Unum."

The usual description of presidential elections --- “the most important in our lifetime" --- is true this time.  In fact, it may be the most important election since the Civil War, and possibly since America's founding.  The left, and the most left-wing president in American history, knows what is at stake.  Candidate Obama announced shortly before the 2008 election, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America."  In fact, those words are proof that American values and leftist values are fundamentally opposed to one another.  Republicans, on the other hand, seek to maintain America's values…to improve America; to conserve, not transform.

Unfortunately, a recent study showed that only 10% of the electorate knows or understands these principles, and what’s really at stake on November 6, 2012.

ROMNEY IS ON HIS WAY

Last night was a great victory for Mitt Romney here in FL, because it represents a cross section of America.  In my opinion, this will propel him into the White House and get our country back on track toward a free enterprise, capitalistic society and away from socialism.

Best of all, it will send BHO back to Chicago where he can resume the only job he really knows...that of a community organizer.  His was a failed presidency, the likes of which most of us haven't seen in our lifetimes.  If he would remain in office for another 4 years, it would be an absolute disaster for our economy and everything that trickles down from there.

For the first time in 3 years, I can see hope at the end of the rainbow that we again can be an exceptional nation, one envied by the rest of the world.

THE REPUBLICAN'S BEST BET FOR THE WHITE HOUSE

As hard as it is, I'll try to follow President Reagan's 11th Commandment and not speak evil of another Republican, as is being done by the candidates today.  As Repubicans, our main goal is the same---prevent candidate Obama from remaining in Washington for another four years, which we all feel would be a total disaster for our country (as if he hasn't done enough damage already).

I would vote for either of the two major candidates, one of whom will ultimately be nominated to represent the Party.  However, who would be the best person, with the greatest odds, to accomplish this and win the general election?  A vote for Newt Gingrich is a ballot for an entertaining election, not necessarily a Republican in the White House.  We have to remember that there are a lot more registered Democrats and Independents, than there are Republicans, and many of these first two groups are looking at someone other than Obama to vote for; therefore, by all consensus, Newt is not their man.  They're seeking a more moderate candidate that could solve the enormous problems, i.e. the economy, jobs and our national debt that we face today.  That someone is Mitt Romney, a man with a business and executive background.

Let's face it, the government should be run like any other business and have a competent CEO.  This is something that is lacking now, and why our country is in such a mess.  So ask yourself, "If I were going into business, who would I want to bring in as a partner---a career politician, or an ultra-successful businessman?"  I strongly feel that this could be the most important decision of our lifetime, so keep in mind the main goal that we're all striving for.

FOLLOW- UP TO HYDROGEN, ENERGY, & THE HHO GAMES

On Nov 11-12, 2011, I attended and spoke at the HHO (Hydrogen-on-Demand) Games in Sarasota, FL.  It was absolutely fascinating to see what is going on with this alternative form of energy!  The generators I saw here are light years ahead of what I've read about over the last few years.

Fact is that you're only burning 20% of the gasoline in your engine. Basically what is happening by adding an HHO kit (cost of $1,500.00) under your hood, is that Hydrogen will be made by electrolysis and immediately introduced into the fuel line to mix with the gasoline.  This will make the fuel burn more efficiently, up to 80-90% more, increasing the mpg by 30 to 50%+, and as a great side benefit will give out a clean exhaust of almost pure oxygen, and reduce polution.  As an example, I saw a 2004 Nissan at the Exposition, which was getting 24 mpg before getting the HHO kit.  Once it was installed, it now gets 83 mpg.

I had the opportunity to speak to Ed Grimm, the senior managing partner of Global Hydrogen Technologies, a big player in this new field of alternative energy.  Ed is a former NASA Space Shuttle Master Technmician with over 18 years experience in the science of Hydrogen.  GHT works all over the world with companies that have large equipment, i.e., earth movers, trucks, busses and freighters.  These all use much larger generators of Hydrogen, and range in price from $3,000-$6,000, which pay for themselves in six months, with a savings of approximately $10,000 per year...plus again, no polution.

As the author of THE H FACTOR, a fictional thriller, I'm absolutely amazed at what is happening today in real life.  Hope you all have enjoyed these Blogs I've sent out, and hopejully one day soon we won't have to depend on foreign oil.

HYDROGEN & ENERGY #3

On my last post, I said that I would write about an alternative method of hydrogen production called "Hydrogen on Demand."  In this process, electricity from a vehicle's battery (or even a solar panel), or a simple, contained chemical reaction between aluminum and a carbon-like catalyst and water is used to separate hydrogen and oxygen, which is burned in the engine with gasoline to create a cleaner, better kind of combustion.  It's a fact that 80% of a gallon of gas is wasted due to heat, friction and other factors in a vehicle instead of acturally being used to power it.

This process is called "on demand" because, unlike steam-reformed hydrogen, it is not stored in tanks that can blow up.  Instead, all the Hydrogen is produced in a small container under the hood and is immediately used up in the engine.  For those of you who have read my novel, THE H FACTOR, you could see that this is similar to what the two students at Georgia Tech were doing for their three-year project to benefit humanity, but without the use of gasoline; and, it blows my mind that some developers are doing this right now.

According to Richard Keough of Moreco Energy in Venice, FL, the HHO on-demand kits would cut emissions by 97% to 99%, allowing people to actually inhale the air from their talipipes wtihout danger.  In addition to this news, ExxonMobil released a thirty second commercial on its Web site, several months ago, that shows how it might it might implement a hydrogen-on-demand system that would cut fuel costs by 85%.

I'll be speaking at the HHO Games & Exposition in Sarasota next week, November 11 & 12, 2011, and let everyone know the latest developments when I return.  I can tell you one thing, these fuel-saving devices are not popular with bureaucrats, according to the Transportation Research Board (TBR) of the National Academy of Sciences.  The reason being that alternative fuels, such as pure electric or Hydrogen, are untaxed and would hurt revenues of the Highway Trust Fund; but, where would we be if scientific progress was stopped for the last one-hundred years?

THE GREY-HAIRED BRIGADE

We have lived what many of you have only read about in history books, and we feel no obligation to apologize to anyone for America.  Yes, we are over 60 and have at least one good fight left in us.  We have loved this country, fought for it, and died for it, and now we are going to save it.  It is our country and nobody is going to take it away from us.

Some of us have served in the military, took oaths to defend America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that is an oath we plan to keep.  There are those who want to destroy this land we love, but like our founders there is no way we are going to remain silent.

Many people of this nation elected CO (candidate obama) and the Congress that came with it.  You fell for the "Hope and Change" which in reality was nothing but "Hype and Lies."  You have now tasted socialism and seen evil face to face, and have found you don't like it after all.  Many of those who fell the the "Great Lie" in 2008 are now having buyer's remorse, and are paying the price and complaining about it...no jobs, lost mortgages, higher taxes and less freedom.  This is what you voted for and this is what you got.  But in this country you can get another chance to make things right, so get involved and really think about whom you're going to vote for in 2012...it could be one of the most important things you do in your lifetime!

HYDROGEN & ENERGY #2

Shortly after my new novel, THE H FACTOR, was released, I got a call from Joe Shea, a gentleman wh had reviewed the book.  I was astounded by what he told me was currently going on with safe, gas-saving hydrogen-on-demand devices and energy; after all, my international thriller is a work of fiction, and "a product of my imagination," while amazing work with similar devices is going on in the real world.

Joe Shea is the Editor-in-Chief of THE AMERICAN REPORTER, which since 1995 has been the world's oldest and largest online daily newspaper.  Since 2008, AR has also sponsored the HHO Games & Expositon,  which this year will be held in Sarasota, FL, at the Classic Car Museum, November 11th to 13th from 9 am to 5 pm.  Hundreds of Hydrogen enthusiasts and developers of hydrogen-on-demand products attend these all-day events, and cars with these devices already on them are demonstrated for the public.  On Friday and Saturday at 1:00 pm, I'll be a guest speaker as part of the HHO Games theme, "The Next Wave of HHO."

There's no doubt now that gasoline is NOT our only fuel choice anymore.  A little background: The mostly widely-used method of producing hydrogen, and the least expensive, is "Steam Reforming."  It accounts for about 95% of the hydrogen produced in the U.S., mostly in CA, LA and TX.  About 9 million metric tons is produced annually, enough to power 20-30 million cars, or 5-8 million homes.  However, this hydrogen is generally stored in pressurized containers for later use...HHO is not.

HHO, "the fuel of the future," is in use here and abroad by growing numbers of drivers of cars, trucks, boats and other vehicles, and other applications like lawn mowers, fork lifts, electric bicycles and generators.  The HHO devices, like the "H Factor" that I discussed in my book, helps make fossil fuels obsolete.  Many inventors are working hard for the day when they can drive cars on HHO alone, and some have actually done that.  But just as an additive, they now save 20% t0 30% on gasoline across a wide variety of combustion platforms.

Just imagine how HHO can revolutionize our way of life, especially if one day hydrogen alone is the energy source.  In my next post, I'll discuss in more detail an alternative method of Hydrogen production called "hydrogen-on-demand" and provide more links so you can see and hear what's actually happening with with HHO.

If you're interested in attending the HHO Games & Exposition, go to www.hhogames.com, e-mail Joe Shea at joe@hhogames.com, or call him @ 941-462-4005.  You'll be fascinated.  Hope to see you at the Games.
